What is it?
The Northwest Pinball & Arcade Swap Meet is a family friendly free event held annually where pinball collectors from Washington, Oregon, Idaho and British Columbia can buy, sell and trade their spare parts for pinball machines, electro-mechanical games, bowlers and video games - plus any other odds and ends related to the hobby. You will never know what you'll find, and you'll never know who will show up. So pack up your car with your stuff, yourself, or both and come on down!

NEWS FOR THIS YEAR: Specialty Coin wants to make the 3rd Annual Swap Meet extra special! They'll be giving away FREE BBQ Hot Dogs, Chips and Soda while supplies last. That's awesome, thanks Steve & Specialty!
When is it?
This year's event will be held on Sunday July 29th, 2012 between 11am and 2pm.
Where is it?
The good folks over at Specialty Coin have graciously let us utilize their parking lot for the event. Their address is: 22220 84th Avenue South, Kent, WA (Click for map)
In addition to the swap meet, Specialty Coin will be open for business, so go on in, introduce yourself and see what they have available. Please consider supporting Specialty Coin as they are a HUGE reason that this is happening in the first place. We all owe them a BIG thanks for allowing us to use their parking lot for the meet. They sell parts, pinball machines, video games, driving games, countertop games, table top games, jukeboxes, redemption games and novelty games - so they've got you covered for just about anything you might need for your gameroom. Plus, they're a great group of friendly people!
As well as being open, they have offered to let us use their restrooms.
What if I just want to browse?
There is no entrance fee to attend. You're welcome to come down to see if there is something you need. If possible and if the meet is busy, please park off site so that we can leave parking spaces for sellers. Plus, if you want to leave you won't have to dodge people on your way out.
How do I pay for my purchase?
You should bring cash, as most people won't want to accept your personal check and we're willing to bet that no one has a credit card machine operating out of the back of their car. Other than that, you might be able to trade something you have for something you want, you never know! Specialty Coin will accept all standard forms of payment if you want to buy something from them.
What if I want to sell?
Please show up no later than 20 minutes before the event starts, so that you may find a spot to sell your items.
If you would like to sell something, just show up and either sell out of the back of your vehicle, off the ground or bring a table with you. You can sell whatever you'd like, including full machines, but please keep it to stuff that is actually related to the hobby - people are not coming to buy your old knick nacks or bicycles. Please limit yourself to your parking stall if space is tight. You can bring food with you and there is a fast food location nearby, but PLEASE TAKE ALL TRASH WITH YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE. There are no trash bins available at the meet and to make sure that we keep getting invited back, we need to make sure the parking lot is cleaner than when we arrived. There is no fee to sell, but you are solely responsible for paying all necessary taxes to Washington State just as you would if you ran a garage sale.
What else do I need to know?
This is a family friendly event - NO DRUGS, NO ALCOHOL. Please be respectful with your language if youngsters are around. We're all coming to this to enjoy ourselves, BS with our friends and maybe pick up some parts that we need - just be respectful of others and have a good time!
Who runs the meet?
You run the meet! The meet is not run by any one person or any one group. The last people remaining should be considerate and pick up any trash that might have been left by the meet attendees.
I have some additional questions - who do I contact?
You can e-mail the following email address and someone will get back to you: swapmeet *at* pinballswapmeet.com (Obviously change the *at* to @)
You can also find the Pinball Meet on Facebook. If you're a seller we suggest you consider posting some of the items or types of items that you'll be selling to help entice others to come.
Anything else?
